Arise 'N Shine

I want to share with you the foundation which my family founded and through which it tries to be a light to this world! I want to highlight a few things from the Kris Vallotton Conference through a well-known Bible story. The story of Joseph: Genesis 37, 39-42 As you know Joseph dreamed that everyone would bow down to him: “ We were out in the field, tying up bundles of grain. Suddenly my bundle stood up, and your bundles all gathered around and bowed low before mine! ” (Genesis 37:7) “ Listen, I have had another dream,” he said. “The sun, moon, and eleven stars bowed low before me! ” (Genesis 37:9)

This week I was at an awesome conference in Cluj with my sister Linda. The speaker at the conference was Kris Vallotton. He is the senior associate pastor under the senior pastor Bill Johnson at Bethel Church in Redding, California, and travels around the world to minister to thousands of people. He chose to come to Romania, too. I'm very happy that he did that. He's such an inspiration and a humble man. He makes himself vulnerable by sharing his mistakes and struggles to show that he's still a human being who is on his journey with the Father.

A new artist post is here! I wanted to write about her since a long time ago. The next artist I'm writing about is Sarah Reeves, a worship leader, song writer, gifted artist, prayer warrior and an intercessor for her generation. She was born into a family of musicians and she knew that music will be a part of her future. At the age of 15, she had an encounter with God at a youth camp, which changed her life. “For the first time in my life I saw people excited about worshiping God, people who were pursuing God with all their hearts,” Sarah declares. “I longed for that kind of relationship with God. During that week, God messed up my whole perspective on worship. He humbled me. He filled me with the Holy Spirit. He called me to be a worship leader. He told me, ‘Life is not about you, Sarah. Life is about Me. From this point on you will live to glorify My name, to reach people, and lead them into My arms.’ My life has not been the same since that day.”

My sister, Elfriede , returned from Africa and I was encouraged by her stories and her joy. She was there for some weeks through YWAM (Youth With a Mission) to spread the Gospel and help, feed and clothe the poor. It's such a great way to show God to the people. It's sad that they only stayed for a few weeks, but I think it was something that neither of them will ever forget. I'm very proud of her and am happy that she got to experience this with God, the other missionaries and the Africans. She was near the Kalahari desert in Namibia at a Romanian Christian Outreach Base: Kalahari New Hope Center . Here's a video, which shows what they did in Africa. I want to encourage you, who read my blog. I don't want to impress anybody, I just simply want to say what's on my heart. You aren't defined by what you achieve, how beautiful you or others see you, how many friends you have, how many comments or 'likes' you have on your Facebook account, etc. NOOO!!! Your worth comes from God, you're His prince/ princess... I don't know your story, but He knows it and He cares so much! Believe me, I'm a person who can't impress with anything and I don't care... because I found something which gave me everything I needed... 

Heeey...my next artist- post is here! It's really time for one :) I chose to speak about a great woman who was a great encouragement to me lately. She inspires me very much and I love how she pours out her heart to God. She sings songs which are from the depths of my heart...songs which I really yearn to sing along with her, it's so intense. The person I'm speaking about, as you read in the title, is Misty Edwards. She is a worship leader and song writer at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City . She serves as a staff member and intercessory  missionary s ince 1999 . She inspired other worship leaders whom I really love like Kim Walker Smith and Catherine Mullins. I won't write all my thoughts concerning this awesome Woman of God, because I want to let her words speak about her :)
