Arise 'N Shine

The previous week I was so overwhelmed with my tasks at the university and the exams. I'm a "born" perfectionist and I always like to do everything the best way I can. I was so busy that I didn't have time to do my homework the way I wanted to do them and it was such a big burden. I didn't sleep enough and I was always thinking how to work everything out. I was burnt-out at the end of the week when I had to go to the courses and exams. My sisters tried to encourage me, but I was exhausted. God each and every time gave me encouragements, but I still felt the pressure of these things. As I was taking a bath, I listened to a sermon on my cell phone (I usually like to do that... hihi). Through that sermon God spoke to me and I was really touched by what the preacher said about grace. A sentence caught my attention, it was like this: " The Christians should hang on a rope upon the hell for a few minutes to see and realize what God rescued us from. " He also

This devotional is designed in such a great way. It has a beautiful cover page with a bird on it and with magnetic closure. I really like the design of the pages, too. The book is about women sharing their experiences, thoughts, insights, hard times, joys, sorrows, stories from their life, etc. It's a daily devotional to start the day with. It can encourage you to go on and to trust God through every situation. The contributors to this devotional are well-known Woman of Faith, as Lisa Harper, Jenna Lucado Bishop, Patsy Clairmont, Natalie Grant, Joni Eareckson Tada, Sheila Walsh, etc.

I wanted to write about this topic a long time ago. It's a very important subject that shouldn't be ignored. I know many who won't except what I'm going to write. Perhaps many of you will reject what I'm going to write, but I don't care, because I'm not searching your approval. I want to arise in this world and shine a pure, unmixed and straight light. I don't want to write a long post, either. So, I'm going to get to the point:

Hey friends, God has been working in my heart in the last days and I feel His immense love forming and molding me for something new to come! I don't know what it really is, but I'm sure it's going to be something which will bring me closer to Him.  This week I was thinking about my life and how I wish to be continually overflown by His Spirit to live differently... to live exactly after the Word of God, to go out and speak boldly about my love for Jesus.
