Passionate Giving

Something I wanted to write about for some time is about giving! I want to rely on the Word of God and my own experience with giving.  Since I was little I have seen my dad as a very generous person. He never had to think about giving away freely anything he had. He really gave out of love and without second thoughts. My mom sometimes complained about it, because then he didn't have things he needed, but he never complained and never felt the loss of those things he had given away. I was always amazed about His generosity and unselfishness! It amazed me and I always wished to be able to live like that. Then as we, the children, grew up, I saw how my siblings were generous too and I was again amazed by their example.

Misty Edwards- a passionate Woman of God

Heeey...my next artist- post is here! It's really time for one :) I chose to speak about a great woman who was a great encouragement to me lately. She inspires me very much and I love how she pours out her heart to God. She sings songs which are from the depths of my heart...songs which I really yearn to sing along with her, it's so intense. The person I'm speaking about, as you read in the title, is Misty Edwards. She is a worship leader and song writer at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City . She serves as a staff member and intercessory  missionary s ince 1999 . She inspired other worship leaders whom I really love like Kim Walker Smith and Catherine Mullins. I won't write all my thoughts concerning this awesome Woman of God, because I want to let her words speak about her :)

Sisters

I'm so proud of my sisters. They are all in love with Jesus and they want to be totally focused on the One, who is the most important of all. They don't search for earthly things and are always ready to help anybody who needs help. They are ready to sacrifice their time and comfort zone to do what God asks them. I'm so blessed to have them near and to know that we are working together for God's glory. We all have mistakes, but we truly want to live united with Jesus and try to overcome the world's power around us. I'm grateful to God that we get on so well with each other, building each other up through the Word of God and prayer.
